Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Urbrica eBikes are shipped via FedEx.
Accessories are shipped via China Post / EMS China / FedEx / DHL /UPS.
Order Processing Time
Urbrica eBikes: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Accessories: Orders are usually processed within 3-6 business days.

E-bikes are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States.
Accessories (except charger) are shipped from our local warehouse in China.

Address Change
For address modifications before shipping, please contact us at support@urbrica.com for a free update. If an address change is requested after the order has been shipped, we will work with the logistics team to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee success. If the modification is successful, a processing fee of $20 per item will apply.
Exchange Policy
- Before Shipping: Please contact us at support@urbrica.com to arrange a free exchange.
- After Shipping: For shipped items, each exchange will incur a $300 shipping fee in addition to the product price. After 15 days from the date of receipt, no exchanges or product changes will be accepted under any circumstances. To avoid unnecessary returns, please refuse the original shipment if possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge by contacting support@urbrica.com.
- After Shipping: Once shipped, cancellations will incur a $300 return shipping fee per item. To minimize inconvenience, we recommend refusing the original shipment if possible.
Disclaimer on Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Urbrica is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the product. Due to the uncertainties of shipping, we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please file a claim with the courier immediately. For any product-related concerns, our customer service team is ready to assist you.
15-Day Return
To facilitate a smooth refund process, please ensure the returned bikes are unused, free from dust, dirt, or odor, and return them in original packaging, maintaining their original condition as received. Return Fees: Each bike will incur a $300 return shipping fee.
